0844 770 6222 Step 1: Getting Started The investment to Join Synergy and get use of the Professional Personal Website Package for One Year is £20 including VAT. This payment will be debited from your Visa/Mastercard Credit/Debit Card immediately. Complete the Getting Started Form Information which includes your Bank Account Details Online, it requests your 'Routing Number'. This is your Bank Sort Code. These can be found on the front page of your Bank Statement. (Under Payment information 'Switch' now means 'Maestro'. However, at present Switch/Maestro is NOT available) If you have pre-registered, just tick 'Automatically Place Under Sponsor' and you will be positioned in the next available position below your sponsor in either his/her left or right leg, according to how he/she has set up their website. If there are more than one person holding a joint position, such as Husband & Wife, then you also need to complete the 'Group Membership Addendum Form' Then you need to forward copies of these forms to Synergy either by FAX to 0844-770-6226 or scan and email them to eucustomerservice@synergyworldwide.com Forms can be found in your 'Back Office' or at: Step 2: Activating your position Now you must complete the Activation Process on the website or the Activating/Initial Order Form Process, via the Telephone. This will Activate your position and you will now be eligible to receive commissions. However, if you wish to be eligible to receive ALL commissions, you need to complete Step 3 as well. In the UK, just complete the 200CV order for 6 bottles of Mistify for £143 including shipping and VAT, which you will normally receive within 5 working days. This payment will be debited from your Credit/Debit Card immediately. Whilst you might wish to print of a copy of this form for your records, you do NOT need to forward this to the Company. This Form can be found in your 'Back Office' or at: Step 3: Setting up Your Product Autoship Now you need to complete the Product Autoship Process. Once again, this can will be the next part of your online signup or the 3rd and last part of your order process. This is your re-occurring Monthly Product Order, details of which can be found on the Product Autoship Form. This order will be sent to you each month and you are able to change the content of your monthly order online, or by telephoning in. At present the only product is Mistify and you will need to set up an order for 4 Bottles of Mistify for a total of £101.28, including shipping and VAT. From November 07 onwards, you can choose a combination of Mistify or ProArgi9plus Whilst you might wish to print of a copy of this form for your records, you do NOT need to forward this to the Company.
