Over the next few pages of information, you will learn how to promote and build your new Synergy Business. Yes, I did say business. Treat your business like a business and you'll receive a Business Pay-cheque! Treat it like a Hobby and, just as in most hobbies, the only cheque you'll ever see is the one you wrote! I'm sure you joined up as a Distributor, rather than just becoming a Customer, because, not only do you want to use and benefit from the excellent Synergy products, but because you want to create a significant positive change to your own financial future.

Our Role

We must never lose sight of the fact that as a Synergy Worldwide Independent Distributor, we are part of the distribution network for Synergy's products. That is the sole method by which Synergy distribute their products, how they create their revenues and hence the money to fund our compensation plan!

Our Remuneration

Why we get paid, is by contributing to, and increasing the volume of product sales of the company and, by so doing creating more revenue, of which 55% gets paid out in commissions to distributors in accordance with the compensation plan.

There are two Key Components of the Compensation Plan that you need to know now... the other aspects of the plan you can concern yourself with later, as they are unimportant now.

1) We are responsible for building TWO legs of our business

2) Whilst we get paid SIX different commissions and Bonuses, initially we are going to consider the TWO most significant when we start to build our business... Basic Volume Commission where you receive 10% commission on the total volume of the weakest leg of our business and Dual-Leg Mega-Match, where you receive 100% of the Basic Volume payments received by any distributors who we personally introduce to the business, wherever they are, within our downline organisation.

Our Business Building System

Over the years, the top income earners in Synergy have developed a simple system which we are going to follow and teach on to our team. After all, why try to reinvent the wheel. Round wheels roll smoothly and get you to your destination faster than any other shape known to man... in fact any other shape just gives a bumpy ride and will usually not take you where you want to go, so let's stick to a proven system and whilst you may take time to understand the 'why' of our system, at this stage it is sufficient just to DO IT, otherwise you might find yourself suffering from Analysis Paralysis and get absolutely nothing done! Remember, you can build a very significant business by taking action. Albeit imperfect action. Whereas, you will build nothing and so earn absolutely nothing, by waiting to perfect your action and, in the meantime do nothing! You WILL perfect your actions by doing and learning from the experience. By all means, watch, read about and listen to training and coaching from your support team and learn from the best achievements of others but, just remember, the accumulation of imperfect actions will lead to perfection and WILL produce results, whereas Zero action will produce Zero results and a Zero Pay-cheque! At this stage, don't spend too much time trying to understand. Just do what you are asked to do and you will 'learn as your earn'!

Using the ONE, TWO System

Whilst it is possible to earn by introducing people to the single leg in which you were first placed, by earning a Mega-Match on the earnings of those people whom you introduce. Remember one important fact. If they copy what you have done and like you,  they don't build a second 'weak leg' volume upon which they would be paid, their 'weak leg' volume will be zero, their basic volume cheque will be zero and yes, you've guessed right, your mega-match bonus will also be zero. Remember, another important fact. People will do what you do, not what you tell them to do! Don't expect people to do what you are not prepared to do... that's hypocritical. So long as you take the right actions, you will build a team and a cheque... You might find that people in your team are better than you... that's not bad... that's good. After all, how bad is it if you sponsor 10 people, each of whom are better than you and as a result, you earn 100% off each of those 10 people... do you think you could live with that? So here's how we build out business.

The ONE, TWO System.

Until our Strong Volume Leg (often called the Power-Leg) of our business, is running ahead of our Weak-Leg (often known as the Pay-Leg), we are going to follow the ONE, TWO principle.

As you personally sponsor new Distributors, place one person in the Power-Leg, then two people in your Pay-Leg. As your 'Upline' should also be feeding your Power-Leg, you should see that run ahead of your Pay-Leg and so there will normally come a time when, after you have placed a few people in the Power-Leg, you will be advised to then concentrate on building your Pay-Leg. This system works. Such that a Distributor who joined Synergy in Japan, six years after the company first launched there, by employing the ONE, TWO System has, within two years, built an income of over $400,000 a month. I don't know about you, but if the system can do that for him, I'm not about to try to reinvent a new wheel, I'll quite happily follow the 'proven' system that he's following, duplicate his successful actions and be quite happy to achieve what he has achieved... $400,000 a month... I think I might just be able to get by on that... how about you!

So, you can see, this isn't 'Rocket Science'! We are going to place our first distributor in your Power-Leg (the same leg into which you were sponsored) and normally the second and third distributors will go into your Pay-Leg. Then the Fourth into the Power-Leg. Remember, you will earn 100% Mega-Match on them, wherever they are positioned. Does it have to work precisely like that? No, but that is the principle. There may me a specific reason why, on consultation with someone in your upline, with more experience than you, you might position a particular person in one leg or other, out of sequence... that's also part of your learning and something for the future, certainly not now!

Step One

The first thing is to ensure you have your product auto-ship set up so that you are eligible to get paid. No autoship, no money!

Step Two

Make a short Hot-List of the first 10-15 people who, with the help of your upline support team, you are going to invite to take a look at the information about your new business and share this list to your sponsor, or the person who is guiding you. These people on your Hot-List should be the most positive, entrepreneurial people you know... don't try to convert your always negative brother-in-law, no matter how much you consider he needs an additional income. Step Three

With the help of your sponsor, you are going to 'Invite' these people on your Hot-List to Listen to the short 'Sizzle Message' on 0844-454-2033 to pique their interest. Then assuming they are interested in exploring the business further, we are going to invite them to review the information on www.prelaunchsite.com (You can listen to and read more about this in the section on 'Inviting')

Step Four

Again, with the help of your Sponsor, you are going to 'Follow-up' promptly with these people, immediately after they have reviewed the information, to provide answers to their questions and a decision as to whether they wish to become involved with you in building  a Synergy Business.
